VEDKARNA PRIVATE LIMITED (India) operates this store under the brand name Vedakarna ("Vedakarna", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts

- If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud or misuse.
Digital Products and Delivery
Vedakarna sells digital products (for example, Excel templates, dashboard files, and related digital content). After successful payment, download access is provided electronically through the website and/or order confirmation.
Download access is available for 360 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the download link associated with your order will expire and can no longer be accessed. We strongly recommend downloading and saving a backup copy of your files promptly after purchase. If your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms, your access to download links — including any unexpired links — may be revoked.
You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible software (for example, Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software) and the required skills to use the files. Product compatibility details may be listed on the product page.
License and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated on a product page, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital product for your personal use or across your internal business organization.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files (or any portion of them) to third-party businesses or individuals outside your organization.
- Upload the files to public sharing sites, marketplaces, or public file-sharing services.
- Claim the templates as your own original work for resale or distribution.
- Remove copyright notices or license terms. (Note: You are permitted to remove or replace Vedakarna branding with your own company logo strictly for your authorized internal business use).

Custom Services and Consulting
In addition to digital downloads, Vedakarna offers custom dashboard building and data services. Custom projects are subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice terms. Any delivery timelines provided for custom work are estimates and not guarantees.
Confidentiality for Custom Work
If you engage us for custom services, we agree to keep all proprietary business data you share with us strictly confidential. Such data will only be used for the purpose of building your custom dashboard and will be securely destroyed or returned upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Template Support vs. Custom Services
Purchasing a pre-made template includes the digital file "as-is". Basic support is strictly limited to resolving issues related to downloading, opening, or accessing the file you purchased.
Support does not include modifying the template to fit your specific business needs, altering formulas, or wiring the template to your own company data. If you need help integrating your data into the dashboard or customizing the layout, you may hire us separately under our Custom Dashboard & Data Services.
Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
- Prices are shown on the product pages and may change at any time.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- All prices listed on our store are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees. You will not be charged any extra taxes at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads, returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Accuracy of Information
We try to provide accurate product descriptions and information. However, we do not guarantee that all content on the Services is complete, current, or error-free. If you believe a digital product is materially different from its description, contact us.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEDKARNA PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services or any digital products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEDKARNA PRIVATE LIMITED / Vedakarna from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time where permitted by law, including if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
