Delivery Policy
Vedakarna sells downloadable digital products (for example, Excel templates and dashboard files). We do not ship physical items.
How delivery works
After your payment is successfully completed, your digital files are delivered electronically. You can access your files in the following ways:
- Via the "View Orders" page, which is accessible immediately from the post-checkout success screen or your user account.
- Via an order confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout.
When delivery is considered complete
Delivery is considered completed when the download link is made available to you — on the thank-you page, in your account, or via the order confirmation email — regardless of whether you download the files immediately.
Delivery of Custom Dashboard Services
For clients engaging in custom dashboard development or data consulting, the final deliverables will be transferred electronically. Delivery methods will be outlined in your specific Statement of Work (SOW) and may include secure email attachments, direct database transfers, or granting access to live cloud workspaces (e.g., Power BI Service or Google Looker Studio) upon project completion.
Download issues or missing email
If you cannot access your download or did not receive the download email, please contact us within 14 days of your order date so we can assist: info@vedakarna.com.
Your responsibility
- Download links remain active for 360 days from your purchase date. After this period, links expire permanently and cannot be restored, so save a backup copy to a safe location as soon as possible after purchase.
- Ensure you have compatible software (for example, Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software) to open and use the files.
